Owner/Operator, Captain Tom Bottrell is your guide.

Tom sailed into Kona in 1975 with Project Jonah to study whales and dolphins and has been here ever since. 

He holds a B.Sc. in Meteorology and Oceanography, and M.Sc. in Ecology from the University of Michigan where he trained as a professional ecologist. His knowledge and experience with Hawaii's whales, dolphins, sport fish and other sea creatures is extensive.

Tom has been a certified skipper in Kona since 1977 and currently holds a USCG 100T Masters License for both sail and power vessels.
